Terms of Use
These terms cover the website at 217products.com and the Android apps published under the 217 Products name, OSNote and Decidora. By using the site or the apps you accept them.
Who provides them
217 Products is a brand name, not a separate legal entity; there is no company behind it. The site and the apps are built and published by Abdullah Semih Kızılyel as an individual, and “we” in these terms means exactly that. Ankara, Türkiye · destek217product@gmail.com
Using the apps
You may get the apps from Google Play and use them on your devices in line with these terms and Google Play’s own. That right is personal to you, not transferable and not exclusive. You may not copy and redistribute or sell the apps, try to reverse-engineer them except where the law allows it, or try to get around their payment or security checks.
OSNote and OSNote Pro
OSNote is free to download. The free version may show ads, limits how many notebooks you can create by hand, and may ask you to watch a short video to open some tools. OSNote Pro removes those limits: no ads, unlimited notebooks, and the advanced toolbar with no video. OSNote is not meant for children under 13.
- Pro comes two ways: a subscription that renews every month, or lifetime use for a one-time payment. The current price is the one shown on Google Play’s purchase screen.
- Purchases and payment go through Google Play; payment, billing and refunds follow Google Play’s terms and refund policy. Your payment details never reach us.
- Pro belongs to the Google account you bought it with. You need to be signed in with that account in the app to buy or restore it; restoring is done with “Restore purchases” in the app.
- The monthly subscription renews by itself every month until you cancel it. To cancel, go to Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and Pro stays on until then.
- Deleting your account in the app does not cancel a subscription; cancel it in Google Play as well.
Decidora and Decidora Plus
Decidora is free to download, with no ads and no account. Its results come from your phone’s operating-system source of secure randomness. Decidora is made for fun and for help with deciding; it is not designed for betting or gambling for money or anything of value, and should not be used for that.
- Decidora Plus is an optional one-time purchase, not a subscription. It unlocks every die (d10, d12, d20, d100), up to six dice in one roll, saving wheels, and Teams and Order on the wheel and in the finger picker. The current price is the one shown on Google Play’s purchase screen.
- Purchases and payment go through Google Play; payment, billing and refunds follow Google Play’s terms and refund policy. Your payment details never reach us.
- Plus belongs to the Google account you bought it with. On a new phone signed in to Google Play with that account, “Restore purchase” in the app brings it back.
Your data and your content
Your notes and drawings in OSNote, and your decision log and wheels in Decidora, are yours and are stored on your device; we do not see them. If the device is lost or reset, or the app is uninstalled, data kept only on the device can be lost; backing it up is in your hands. Third-party services
The free version of OSNote shows ads through Google AdMob; sign-in uses Google Firebase, and purchases use Google Play and RevenueCat. Decidora Plus is sold through Google Play. Those services have terms of their own. Links from the apps or the site to Google Play or other sites are governed by those sites’ terms.
The site and the brand
The original text, images and the 217 Products logo on 217products.com belong to Abdullah Semih Kızılyel and may not be copied or republished without permission. Linking to the site is always fine.
Warranty and liability
We build the apps with care and keep them up to date, but we cannot promise they will run without interruption or error on every device at all times. The apps are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage or data loss arising from their use. Liability for intent and gross negligence, and any statutory consumer rights that cannot be limited by contract, are unaffected.
Changes
We may update the apps, change their features or withdraw them. When these terms change, the new version is published on this page with its date.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumers may apply to a consumer arbitration committee or consumer court under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502. The mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country you live in are unaffected.
